theEZsite.com - Affiliate Program

theEZsite.com Affiliate Program Agreement

This agreement is made as of today's date, entered below, between theEZsite.com, Inc. and the Affiliate listed above.
Affiliate agrees to use theEZsite.com, Inc. services at Affiliate's own risk.
Affiliate agrees to protect and indemnify theEZsite.com, Inc. against any and all liability, loss, or expense arising from claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trademarks, trade names or patents, violations of rights and privacy and infringement of copyrights and property resulting from Affiliate's use of theEZsite.com, Inc. Affiliate Program.
Commission rate for new affiliates starts at $50.00 per each new paying client referred by Affiliate and goes up incrementally by $25.00 for each additional client referred but no higher then $150.00 per each new client referred. Commissions from sales generated through theEZsite.com, Inc. Affiliate Program will be paid to the Affiliate by check via US Mail 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale has occured.
Affiliate is solely responsible for usage and any statement Affiliate makes on theEZsite.com, Inc. Affiliate Program system may be deemed a "publication" of the information entered. Acknowledging the foregoing, Affiliate specifically agrees not to use theEZsite.com, Inc. Affiliate Program service in any manner that is illegal, libelous, or against any theEZsite.com, Inc. Affiliate Program policy.
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, and the courts of the judicial district of county of Cook, Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any proceeding in connection with this Agreement.
theEZsite.com, Inc. reserves the right to terminate or modify it's affiliate program at any time, in which case a termination notice or an updated agreement will be presented to the Affiliate. theEZsite.com, Inc. reserves the right to refuse Affiliate program to anyone without reason.
